I am a very lucky girl… I spent my childhood on the fields and in the forests picking up wild berries, strawberries, chanterelles, herbs and tons of other natural goodness. However, I only realized how lucky I was as a child in my late twenties, early thirties. Only after I lived in a huge English city for a decade, got sick, overweight, depressed, lost and thankfully before it was late regained my health thanks to nature in the form of food.

When I returned to live the lifestyle of my childhood:

  • I started healing and finally losing weight
  • I regulated my hormone imbalance
  • got rid of stiffness in my body
  • chronic fatigue, depression
  • terrible neck and back pain subsided
  • higher energy levels and so much more

Finally, and for good, I got rid of all of the synthetic supplements recommended to me by my doctors who I trusted to look after me. But they were not helping me, in fact, I’m now sure I was overdosing in these chemicals! 

I want to take you back to eating how people ate before white sugar and modified processed food became part of our staple diet.

The way we ate before antibiotics became a solution to almost every sickness. The way we ate a long time ago when we lived in a better climate, naturally suitable for humans.

Today, we can have pretty good produce all year long, even though there is no season outside, but there is always season somewhere around the world. Inside our houses there is pretty tropical climate, that is good enough to eat more natural foods in their natural state.

  • During the group program, I take 1 week for each level, to introduce it and to follow the transition, as each level is slightly changing the path, taking us further into the detoxing.
  • You can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for each level, depending on your personal situation and how your body responds. If the healing is taking longer, there is nothing we can do but be patient and keep going.
  • You take each module individually and follow the guidance. I’m here to support you.

FAQ

  • Daria, please tell me how on a plant-based diet I can provide my body with enough vital nutrients, such as Vitamin D or B12, sometimes zinc and Vitamin E as well as calcium and iron? how can I substitute these nutrients? Do you take any supplements? Please advise.

    It is very different on a raw vegan diet, for example – body fueled by raw foods doesn’t need that much calcium, because it will not use it to alkalize the body; the diet is already alkaline.
    Vitamin D – the only right source is the SUN, not artificial vitamin D fortified into milk and processed foods.
    The same with B12.  Once a person is eating raw foods, B12 bacteria provide good conditions to produce B12 in the amount the body needs. A raw vegan doesn’t need to supplement B12, however, if you test once in a while and supplement some B12, that’s ok. When you eat some cooked foods every day, you may want to supplement b12, but it is not always necessary. I suggest testing it regularly.
    All of the micronutrients will be absorbed much better when the body is receiving a daily sun exposure, exercise, good hydration and much-needed love and peace.
  • How long does it take to make a transition to a completely healthy plant-based diet?

    Everyone is different. For some people it takes months to transition, to drop their habits mostly, to learn new foods, new recipes, to get used to it. Other people just change right away, as it is easier for them, they don’t like to slowly change things and choose more radical change. It depends on the type of person you are.

    But when there is a health issue on the line it is actually best to switch without a long transition, it’s just easier for the body to start healing sooner without losing any more time. However, at the same time, it is important to approach a period of detox to reduce the inflammation before we can actually begin eating a lot of fresh fruits for further healing.

    Some health problems require the need to avoid sugar altogether, even the best kind and natural sugar from fruit. This is to reduce the risk of feeding pathogens in the body and making matter worse.
